14 days to change your mind
You may exchange any full-price, unworn item with its original tags within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are offered for a different size or a store credit.
What cannot be exchanged
- Sale or promotional items (final sale)
- Altered or customised pieces
- Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear
- Intimate garments and jewellery for hygiene reasons
How to exchange
- Email hello@lamamaboutique.co.za within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will arrange a courier collection (customer to cover return courier for size exchanges).
- Once the item is received and checked, we will ship the new size or issue a credit note.
Faulty pieces
If something arrives faulty, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right — no questions, no cost to you.
We hold every piece we sell to a high standard. If something ever falls short — please tell us.
